The Environmental Education and Community Action Projects Vetting Subcommittee has recently revised the Guide to Application. The new Guide is uploaded on ECF website.

Since the ECC is undergoing a tender exercise for the contractor of waste separation bins for the “Promotion Programme on Source Separation of Waste”, the vetting of applications and delivery arrangement of waste separation bins will be delayed. The vetting of applications and delivery arrangement of waste separation bins will resume normal upon the completion of the tender exercise.
