Remarks:
1. According to the Guidelines to Account for and Report on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals for Buildings (Commercial, Residential or Institutional Purposes) in Hong Kong (2026 Edition), published by the Environment and Ecology Bureau and the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, all trees commonly found in Hong Kong which are able to reach at least 5 metres in height can remove 23kg carbon dioxide in one year. For details, please refer to page 22 of the Guidelines.
